Bonnie Allen

Executive Director- Interim

Bonnie joined CALS as Interim Executive Director in February 2024. Bonnie has spent most of her legal career in leadership roles in national, state, and local legal aid and civil rights organizations, including the Mississippi Center for Justice. She is a graduate of Rhodes College and the University of Florida College of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar.

Zina Hill Frazier

Director of Intake and Access

Zina Hill Frazier is the Director of Intake & Access for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She began working at CALS in 1997. Zina has a JD from Whittier College School of Law and is a member of the Arkansas Bar.

Caroline Sykes

Director of Administration

Caroline Sykes is the Director of Administration for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2023. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with her bachelor's and earned her Master of Public Service degree from the Clinton School of Public Service.

Lisa Murphy

Finance and HR Manager

Lisa Murphy is the Finance and HR Manager for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2024.

Chris Cameron

Information Technology Director

Chris Cameron is the Information Technology Director for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. He started working here in 2024. He graduated from Harding University with his Bachelor's and Master's Degree.

Drew Rodgers

Strategic Integration Manager

Drew Rodgers is the Strategic Integration Manager for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. He started in 2018 as the Assistant Pro Bono Coordinator in the Little Rock Office and then worked as a Law Clerk in the Little Rock Office, focusing on Family Law while finishing law school. He served as a family law and consumer attorney upon his acceptance to be a full-time staff member at Arkansas Legal until 2024, when he stepped into his role as the Strategic Integration Manager. Drew has a JD from William H. Bowen School of Law and is a member of the Arkansas Bar.

Erica Carey

Grants Compliance Manager

Erica Carey is the Grants Compliance Manager for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2020. She is a graduate of Little Rock Central High School and has attended Draughon Business College.

Kendall Lewellen

Subject Area Manager- Housing

Kendall Lewellen is the Housing Subject Area Manager for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2014. Kendall has a JD from the William H. Bowen School of Law and received the Dean’s Certificate of Public Service. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Sebastian Co. Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western District Courts of Arkansas.

Trevor Townsend

Subject Area Manager- Public Benefits

Trevor Townsend is the Public Benefits Subject Area Manager for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. He began in 2020. Trevor has a JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Arkansas.

Caren Thompson is a Helpline Attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 1994. Caren has a JD from the William H. Bowen School of Law and is admitted to the Arkansas Bar.

Ryan Hill is a Staff Attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. Ryan started working here in 2018. Ryan has a JD from the William H. Bowen School of Law and is a member of the Arkansas Bar.

Gloria E. Hernandez

Senior Legal Secretary- Bilingual

Gloria Hernandez is a Bilingual Senior Legal Secretary for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started in 2011. Gloria attended Mission College and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Britnie Byers

Staff Attorney

Britnie Byers is a Staff Attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2022. Prior to her current position, she served as a Helpline Attorney for CALS. Before coming to CALS she worked as a Public Defender for the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office for three years. During those years she gained her trial experience in both jury and bench trials for felony and misdemeanor cases. She was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2022 and the Missouri Bar in 2017. She graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois with her Juris Doctorate. She was the recipient of the Frank Bietto Memorial Scholarship and the first person in her family to obtain a law degree.

Caleb Fanning is an intake specialist for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. He started working here in 2023.

Fran Wilder

Part-time Intake Specialist

Fran Wilder is a part-time Intake Specialist for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 1987. Fran attended the University of Central Arkansas.

Sandra Harris

Part-Time Helpline Attorney

Sandra Young Harris is a Part-Time Helpline Attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She is the recipient of the VOCALS of Jefferson County Attorney of the Year Award for 2010 and 2014.  She is also the recipient of the Arkansas Bar Association 2015 Lawyer Community Legacy Award. Sandra is admitted to practice in front of all state and federal courts in Arkansas.

Beyond Opioids Project Paralegal

Cassandra Gossett is the Beyond Opioids Project Paralegal for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. Cassandra started working here in 2022. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.

Kilee Casto is the Outreach Coordinator for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Central Arkansas and has a Master of Human Relations in Diversity, Equity, and Social Change from the University of Oklahoma.

Lakeshia has been an Intake Specialist for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services since 2023. She received her Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice with plans to continue on for her Bachelor's from the University of Arkansas in Pine Bluff. She is a person who loves her community and wants to help serve her state, one client at a time.

Jordan Davis

Staff Attorney

Jordan Davis is a Staff Attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services, specializing in family law. She joined CALS in 2023, bringing with her seven years of extensive legal experience in family law, criminal law, probate law, and civil litigation. Her passion for advocacy began in law school while working in the legal clinic on a domestic relations case referred by CALS. Jordan graduated with her JD from the William H. Bowen School of Law and a BA in History & Political Science from Arkansas Tech University. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Saline County Bar Association, and Pulaski County Bar Association. Jordan is licensed to practice in Arkansas State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She remains committed to providing quality legal representation for low-income individuals and supporting those who might otherwise lack a voice in the legal system.

Shante Williams is a Helpline Intake Specialist for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2022. She has an Associate's Degree in journalism from the University of Central Arkansas and over 10 years of experience in telecommunication and customer service.

Catherine SHoshone

Staff Attorney

Catherine Shoshone is a Staff Attorney for the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. She started working here in 2024. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and obtained her JD from UALR Bowen School of Law. She also received an Associate in Arts from State Fair Community College and a medical laboratory technician certificate from the Community College of the Air Force.
